Sales Manager – Retailys Business Platform

Remote / Europe Full-time Sales

About the Role

Retailys is developing the Retailys Business Platform (RBP) - a platform that connects operational data, communication, and AI agents into one unified system for modern companies.

The platform combines several key components:

  • Retailys - the operational data and commerce backbone
  • Chatlys - the AI communication layer
  • Boardlys - the orchestration layer where AI agents support decisions and workflows

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will introduce the Retailys Business Platform to new clients and guide them from the first contact to closing the deal.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers
  • Present the Retailys Business Platform and its capabilities
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Represent Retailys in meetings, demos, and presentations

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it clearly
  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Interest in e-commerce, AI, and digital platforms
